Garrick [gw] is a soldier for The Kingdom of God as well as a: father, grandfather and business owner. Humility begins as an infant in a small East Texas town of Rusk Texas, yet raised in Dallas Texas before being sent to the desert of Phoenix Arizona for 31 years. GW returned to the great state of Texas in 2018 from Phoenix Arizona, after a twenty six year tour, as an Arizona State Police veteran. He served eleven years in the Az. Army National Guard, in leadership as a Military Police Investigator. GW earned an athletic & academic scholarship at Arizona State University and later Grand Canyon University[GCU], as a double major in business administration and Computer Science. 

 

Moreover, he began his advance leadership in law enforcement after earning a Masters in Public Administration.

Garrick enjoys most aspects of service within the body of Christ through his local Church, cherishes time with family and friends is a must, above golfing and cooking. Garrick's divine purpose & vision as co-founder of N-Spirit & Truth Worship Temple , is to usher and guide the loss and wayward, through the maze and uncertainty of life on earth with Christ. 

 

 As the CEO of GW.INC Social Justice Ministries, parent organization of N-Spirit & Truth Worship Temple,  his divine purpose is to help youth, young adults and re-entry citizens to discover their purpose on earth . Last but not least, win and grow numerous souls for Christ, regardless of race, creed, culture and/or sexual orientation.

In 2011, God allowed Brenda Mallard - Davis is the Sr. Pastor of N-Spirit & Truth Worship Temple, faith base division head of GW INC. Social Justice Ministries. Pastor Davis studied at Tyler Jr. College and Angelina community college in the field of criminal justice.

 

Pastor Davis tenacity and passion to pursue God's will as servant leader in the Rusk Texas community, began during the sun down for her mother and father, the late Adam Mallard Sr. and Lola B. between 2012-2013. 

 

Pastor Davis, further served her community as a Texas Department of Criminal Justice employee, where she had opportunity(s) to share the word of God with those in confinement.

 Pastor Davis moves in such a way as a servant leader, she endures with grace while taking care of her family, fostering hope and continued love for them.  She embraces the Journey ahead, to describe every day may not be a good one, but there's good in everyday.

Christian Halady is the Director of Marketing for GW.INC.SocialJusticeMinistries & N Spirit & Truth ministries. Halady holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University and started with the company in 2022.

 

For over 4 years, Halady has held marketing positions with various organizations. Halady found his career calling after working in social services for 3 years.  His faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ fuel his call to social services.

 

Halady’s goal for our organization is to advocate for those that cannot advocate for themselves.

Miss Melinda Shaw is the Social Services Director with GW.INC. Social Justice Ministries.  An Arizona native currently in the law enforcement industry in Dallas Texas. Melinda is a graduate of Northern Arizona University Master Education and an Undergrads in criminal justice. Melinda served her country in the United States Army as a Sargant in the Transportation unit. Miss Shaw's dedication to human services was born during her undergraduate studies in the administration of justice, and pride her self on "you must tell yourself no matter how hard it is, or how hard it gets, you can still make it. 

 

As single parent of young adult son and school age daughter, Melinda reminds herself of the love she has for family, particular her mother and father. In her spare time she enjoys zipping the Dallas Ft. Worth Freeways on her Harley Davidson and connecting with associates in her community of biking.  

Cangeyla Mallard-Cook describes herself as intelligent, caring, resilient, patient, loving and a-all-around people person.

Cangeyla is certified as an activity director, which helps plan events and oversee recreational activities such as music, crafts and social education.

​

As an activity director, Mallard would also implement programs that would work with elders in the community and in the nursing homes, etc.
